I found the staff to be helpful, arranged an early check-in after my arrival, i appreciated the swift resolution to a minor issue with the in-room safe. It was addressed within minutes. the room included bathrobes and slippers. the minibar had a varied selection of beverages and snacks at reasonable prices.

I stayed for a few nights. the location was really good. staff were very helpful. They even received a delivery i had at the hotel and kept it for me. the room was super clean.
the room carpet needed a good vacuuming.

this hotel has amazing cleanliness and very attentive staff. the location is super central near restaurants and shops, i like it so much! the surprise chocolate easter treat in the room was a very cool touch.
our room did not had a bathtub, i was really looking forward to using it after exploring the city all day. the front desk, even though helpful, could have informed us about this beforehand.

this hotel has a very good location near the city center, awesome. the area teems with different restaurants, interesting bars, and also many gift shops for the tourists and locals alike.

the room was super quiet with a really comfortable bed. we enjoyed also a well-stocked minibar and very clean premises. the balcony has a good view and the facilities are well maintained.
