I found the staff to be helpful, arranged an early check-in after my arrival, i appreciated the swift resolution to a minor issue with the in-room safe. It was addressed within minutes. the room included bathrobes and slippers. the minibar had a varied selection of beverages and snacks at reasonable prices.

totally awesome central stay!

this hotel has amazing cleanliness and very attentive staff. the location is super central near restaurants and shops, i like it so much! the surprise chocolate easter treat in the room was a very cool touch.
our room did not had a bathtub, i was really looking forward to using it after exploring the city all day. the front desk, even though helpful, could have informed us about this beforehand.
